DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For endurance training: Mix 5.5g (1 scoop) with 100ml of water approximately 30 minutes before exercise.

For strength and weight training: Mix 5.5g–22g (1–4 scoops) with 100ml–400ml of water approximately 30 minutes before exercise.

For use during exercise: Mix 5.5g–11g (1–2 scoops) with 100ml–200ml of water and sip during exercise.
